The Art Pavilion at the New Forest Show, 2008.

Update for 5th August forThe New Forest Show 2008     THE ART PAVILION.
 
Three fine days, all went extremely well, the team of artists were very happy and efficient, the sales of works was around £4,500 so I`m a happy bunny.
 I would especially like to thank and congratulate the artists who helped on the 6 days, receiving and hanging, mingling and communicating, selling and accounting, fire duty and eventually taking them down? and clearing up.
 Special thanks too  to Alan Hooper, and Jim and Pat Hatchley, and Malc and Sheila Reeves, and Jean lock.  They helped in many other ways as well as setting up the screens etc 
 Then the six judges, Melvin Gates, Helen Talbot, and Jill Gillespie working with Rosemary Sarah Welch, Claire Kitcher and Brian Harrild ...well judged ..brilliant job.
  The demonstrators, Penny Stevens, Paul Humphriss, Rosemary S. Welch, Ginny Whiting and
Carol Dixon, and Ivor Minard all doing well and a big thankyou to them as well.
  Brockenhurst College art dept. not only sponsored us but supplied some excellent textile ,fine, and ceramic art work.  Many thanks to them not only from me but from the NFASS too.
  Thanks to Kim Jones, Malcolm Rook, and Suzanne Wright for their help and advice.
  Lastly to Richard Cuzens, the New Forest Show Executive  [top man], and his staff, for the marquee,screens, and encouragement.
